Man, you are dominating the mile war (well, mom has so far outpaced us she really isn't even in the same competition as the rest of us!)

You are awesome. Good job keeping up the running!! I'm lucky if I get those 8 minutes of Tae-Bo in LOL! At least it's a great workout that my kids like too :D
